Missing rubber gasket. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service but have gotten no response. Shower head leaks without it.

Really pleased with my showers after replacing my shower head with the MineralStream Luxe 9 Kit. The only reason its not 5 stars is from the lack of included instruction. Its all pretty obvious, and you can kind of figure it out solely based on videos, but you shouldn't have to do that. Some pieces are difficult to figure out what they are and where they go. Especially with the kit as it includes more items than just the shower head and filter. Also for example, if the small plastic o-ring fall out of the hoses like in my case, you are left guessing where small pieces like these need to go.

Great Pressure, water quality improved, but is quite loud.

Love

My old shower head was terrible but I was scared to replace it. This one took me 4 minutes to install and works perfectly. The water pressure is strong even with the filter.

The pulsating water setting helps with my shoulder pain after long workdays. Love how the mineral filtration makes the water feel silky smooth on my skin.

Had hard water issues for years that left my skin itchy. Since switching to this filtered head three weeks ago, my skin feels much better and the water pressure is amazing, especially in rain mode.

After installing this myself in under 5 minutes, I noticed an immediate difference in water pressure. My hair feels softer and I no longer smell chlorine when showering. The multiple spray settings are a nice bonus.

Since using this, my skin feels less dry. The filtration makes a noticeable difference.

Switching between modes is seamless, and each setting provides a unique shower experience.

I can tell this is made from a durable material. It feels like a premium addition to my bathroom.

I love the various modes which provide great water flow. The ionic stones are a game changer.

This was a breeze to set up, no tools needed. It fits perfectly in my existing shower setup.

The filtering system has noticeably improved the texture of my hair. No more harsh water effects.

I am thoroughly impressed with how this adds luxury to my shower routine. The high pressure mode is so rejuvenating.

Easy to install and the large shower head works and feels relaxing ⭐
